Our boss has today announced over the whole Swiss Sunday press over the fact that our beautiful Hotline is free from now on. Up until Friday, it was so that the first 10 minutes have cost nothing, and then the minute CHF 2.13 (Of course, the waiting time has to count now).
well Well, the 0900 number is still there, but the costs are gone.
Today was to say the morning of the decision. All inquisitive customers have been waiting for this day.
We used to have a threshold for all kinds of trivial questions and then, someone lost a Printer problem here but it was rather the exception.
I'm really looking forward to the balancing act between business interests, so deep call times and customer satisfaction of any art to get.
