A very special case
I recently had the pleasure of a special hardship. A customer complained that his connection would no longer be in operation. I checked the account details and the modem and found that the customer is still a larger amount would have been outstanding.
In such a case, we have customers out that they do not constitute a technical problem but an administrative order.
The customer has insulted me point out to's worst, what we would allow us to terminate its connection. He had for us since last July no internet access anymore, because his PC was infected with viruses.
He just said he would not be willing to pay for our security package online by credit card, and he therefore had no choice but to surf the internet unprotected.
Well, I have informed the customer time we are not responsible for his computer and that he would protect himself.
Did the customer or recommend another antivirus package to buy in a store, but he only said what he would be by a customer of us and everything would belong to us. We should offer him an opportunity to purchase this software without credit cards.
have for more personal insults my humble self, I am kind adopted by the client and it connected directly to the Administration.
