Ladies and Gentlemen,
on 09/12/2009 I have responded to your letter of 30.11.2009 to my old address which I have received no response until today.
The answer was two letters, one I sent to:

and the other I sent to:

this address is the only mailing address I got from Paypal could find on the Internet. This letter has now come back.
let me know the mailing address of Paypal with so I can resend this letter.
How the first letter to you on 09/12/2009 already said, I explain it again: I am willing to pay
not able to pay because I am currently Hartz4 receiver and personal bankruptcy has been running since 18.08.2009.
looking up today I am not at all what I should pay. If I know what I should pay for what, I'll pay that too, if I have money.
I can call you and unfortunately not the stamps cost money.
The simple communication in my situation is by email.
