Ladies and Gentlemen,

yesterday I received a letter from my brother by 'FIRM Andreas Schneider' (Az: 6-590000015165-0 han12). PayPal

I respect have always responded to contacts with the best of our knowledge and belief. I declare my willingness to pay if I just looking to pay for what I do. I am not able to pay because I'm getting Hartz4 and insolvent private.

My previous attempt to understand PayPal:

THE FIRST TIME (1x):

still no Answer ...

the second time (2x):
written reply to service@paypal.de on 01.12.2009!
still no answer ...

for the third time (3x):
