Dear Sirs PayPal
after today's talks with the police of Bavaria (file: BY1380-011028-09 / 3) I am now with this letter clarifying the misunderstanding between the company and me on PayPal.
Task
on 12.09.09 I have the firm 'GDP DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE CO., LTD..' a job with the account number: GDP10909120326204 granted.
The service was agreed in this contract is not forthcoming. I got nothing and at the company 'GDP DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE CO., LTD..' complaint on 15.09.2009 and informed that I will post the € 20.70 return.
Then I have complained to PayPal and the payment never again could take place. This complaint was communicated to me on 21/09/2009 via email with the reference number PP-791-222-926 from PayPal.
more information about my complaint with PayPal, I had not until now received.
get what I have are from a letter from Andreas Schneider Gütersloh with demands for payment.
The misunderstanding lies in the fact that my information or my complaints with PayPal until today not considered or was not processed.
Therefore I urge you kindly to the company 'GDP DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE CO., LTD..' to again. If that's the case, I can send you the proofs do not let the show this company serious is going on. I want to think that the firm PayPal only with reputable companies to do business partners.
And I ask you kindly to a written opinion.
